This is actually bigger but I had to crop it. Full Palette. 11x14 oil on canvas board. I had to make 5 passes on this painting to get the textures and edges right.
A painting can be a mirror for our soul and to pause and wonder with awe at the reflection is not vanity. GB
Very beautiful painting Gregory, the light filtering across the path really adds a nice contrast. The path takes the viewer's eye well into the painting and the sky is especially lovely setting the tone for the time of day and weather conditions.
