I love these little beauties. These liitle 10 -15 minute sketches have an incredible power to clear my thinking.
I really dont think of these little paintings as art but instead, like drawing, they are a way of thinking. Like shorthand. Simplification is the name of the game.
When I do these my thinking becomes very simplistic and focused. I tend to do them when my thoughts are all over the place. It has a way of sorting out complications.

ReplyDeleteJeremy, you would be surprised at how durable the paper actually is. It even stands up to scrubbing. Iuse a composition book by Mead.
